Duties(Will still be adding on)

1. Person in-charge of vendor list to contact everyone of them a week and a day before the big day as reminder
2. Person with emergency kit to ensure all necessities are in and to be with bride at all times
3. Priest to be ushered to temple after light refreshments
5. Ushers to get name of relatives and usher them to their seats, politely
6. Before arrival of guests instruct decorater to place program cards on alvin's relatives/friends tables...
7. When guests start arriving ensure starters+drinks are served
8. Ask Waiters to top up buffet before it runs out
9. Make sure all mess is cleared asap(kids spilling water etc:P)
10. Ensure that Bhangra dancers are ready for alvin's march in also make sure that they are on time for the next 2 performances.
11. After all guests have arrived, person at reception to clear Reception table, Place guestbook, table top pic, stationery etc in box/car
12. During ceremony to ensure flower gals are ready with floral baskets and distribute to guests arnd the mandap
13. Someone in-charge of the angpow.Separate the hindustani's angpows from the other guests.(might be providing 2 boxes for this purpose)
14. Enjoy the benefits of good planning and enjoy the beautiful wedding!!

Planning in Progress

Uhhh ... fast forward a week and the sleepless nights and binge eating are making me wonder if I've made a mistake (and how the heck am I going to shed it all?)

Wedding planning's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. With only 45 days to go here's where we're at:
