6 Months before the Wedding
• Select a date for your wedding (contact priest for Mahurats)
• Set a budget, as well as costs-sharing.

• View & Select wedding Venue, set the time etc (Consider seating capacity)
• Draw a guestlist
• Select and reserve your officiant/Priest
• Purchase Invitation cards
• Choose wedding attire
4 Months before the Wedding
• Search for Printer get Quotes
• Select a Bridal Studio/Outdoor Photoshoot
• Choose your flower girls
• Search for a wedding photographer
• Search for a wedding Videographer
• Search for a Decorater
• Schedule fittings and PG date for Outdoor/Studio Photography.
• Eat plenty of fruits and consume water for good complexion
• Go for facials, massages
• Search for a MUA
• Search for Henna artist
• Search for Manicure/Pedicure Lady
2 Months Before the Wedding
• Complete and finalize guest list.
• Arrange for your caterer.
• Book videographer.
• Book Photographer.
• Book DJ
• Book Bhangra Troupe
• Print wedding invitations and stationary - invites, wedding programs, table nos
• Decide on and finalize no of pre wed ceremonies
• Delegate duties eg gift attendant, reception etc
1 Month before the Wedding
• send out invitations,map etc
• Order Loose flowers + Garlands.
3 Weeks before the Wedding
• Determine hair style and makeup.
• schedule for makeup, hair and beauty, accessories and nails.Trials
The BIG Week
• Inform caterer of final guest count.
• Try wedding attire and make sure everything fits
• Meet with coordinator(cousin/aunt) to contact service providers
•Prepare a timeline for wedding events
The Day of the Delegation
• Delegate duties to cousins/uncles n aunties
• Designate someone to bring accessories - flowerbasket, guest book and pen, to the ceremony
• Provide a detailed schedule of events for the wedding
• Designate someone to return rental items
